This Serve Day, or during the week leading up, make a meal for a family in need. You can collect your Food Containers and Maggi Recipe Base Sachet in the Foyer from The ARISE Centre, Petone or The Storehouse, Porirua on Sunday 1st and 8th September. Return your cooked meals on Sunday 15th September to The ARISE Centre or the Storehouse. Thank you for blessing our church community!

Love to paint and create? Join the team going into a local school to complete murals we repainted last Serve Day, as well as painting a fresh one to brighten the staff and students day! Come out to Eastwest Collage in Gordonton and help with a variety of outdoor projects. About Eastwest College: They train Christians for mission work. Christians workers learn to serve outside their own cultural context and to do so in culturally sensitive and effective ways. Their programmes and community living are designed to develop Biblical knowledge, spiritual and emotional resilience, and relevant cross-cultural skills to serve effectively in another culture. We want to support and bless them and their students by helping with some projects that they have out at the collage i.e Mowing lawns, pruning trees, cleaning gardens, water blasting pavements and buildings and possibly helping with the dismantling of a large old farm shed.
